Cancellation / Reschedule. If training needs to be cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, please contact the scheduler (scheduler@nsstraining.org) or call 1-866-922-NSST (6778) as soon as possible. To avoid being charged from the command’s training allocation, notification must be made at least 96 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This notification is required due to the “on call” nature of the instructor scheduling, and the occasional requirements for travel to meet the training request.
